Download the Mac drive file https://dam.kyoceradocumentsolutions.com/content/dam/gdam_dc/dc_global/executables/web/Kyocera%20OS%2013+%20Web%20build%202025.12.01.dmg
When completed, double-click on the downloaded file; a new window will open.
Double-click on the Kyocera OS 13+...pkg icon to open the installation
Click through the installation until The Installation is Successful.
Now go to the Printer & Scanner settings under System Settings
Click on Add Printer, Scanner or Fax
When the Add Printer window opens, double-click on one of the Kyocera printers
Press the Add button bottom-right of window
Repeat steps 6-8 until you have added all three printers
You can now print to the Kyocera copiers

Download the Kyocera Windows print driver using the link below (it may take some time)

Once downloaded, double-click on the file. Click on Extract All..
Click the checkbox Show extracted files when complete then click on the Extract button
When the extraction is finished, then double-click on the folder Kx86_UPD_8.6A.1412_en_RC2_signed
Scroll down to Setup.exe and double-click on it. Answer yes to do you want app to make changes.
On the Kyocera Product Library screen, double-click on Custom Install
Scroll down the Devices box until you see (3) items with IP addresses (10.181.16.19, 10.181.16.20, 10.181.16.21).
Highlight these three devices (hold down the ctrl key + click on each one)
Click on the blue arrow to move the (3) selected devices to the Products to Install box to the right.
In the Drivers box click on the KM Driver [1st driver with (Recommended) under Description]
Click on the blue arrow to move the KM Driver to the Products to Install box to the right. It will go under the current highlighted device.
Click the edit button on the device that is highlighted.
Under Printer Name enter Kyocera-xx where xx = the last 2-digits of the IP address shown above so the printer name is associated with the device name.
Uncheck the Set as default printer box and click OK.
In the Products to Install box, click on another printer device to add the printer driver to it.
Repeat steps 8-13 until all (3) devices in the Products to Install box have a driver under it.
Click on Install
When installation complete, uncheck Set Duplex as default, and uncheck Show Quick Print tab
Click on Finish button
You now have the 3 Kyocera printers installed
